Pupil Premium 2012/2013

For the academic year 2012/2013 the school received funding of £5900 for children who have or have had free school meals, or have a parent in the armed forces.

Contribution towards music tuition, and costs of visit to take part in Young Voices performance
Increase in confidence and ability in music; good progress in instrumental music skills - pupils continuing with instruments when moving on to high school
Teaching Assistant Support 51%
Additional 1:1 sessions and small group work on specific areas of learning: reading - Units of Sound and small group work; 1:1 support in reading and writing
Good progress (+2 APS in one term) in reading, and above expected progress (+1.25 APS in one term) in maths, and above expected (+1.5 APS in one term) in writing for identified learners receiving pupil premium funded intervention
